We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our guests with disabilities. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.
  • Is there wheelchair Access? The venue is navigable for guests with mobility disabilities. The event is held on multi terrain including grass, dirt and concrete. There are accessible routes connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas, vendors, and all other activity areas. Guests must navigate the festival grounds between stages on their own or with the support of a companion, as the festival does not offer transportation between stages. If you need assistance finding your most accessible route around the event, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Hub. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Crutches, walkers and canes are also permitted. If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device or other medical equipment, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Hub. Guests should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
  • Is there accessible parking? There is limited parking on Randall’s Island. Please email zeddinthepark@tenfiftyent.com with any special requests.
  • Where does rideshare drop off? Attendees can be dropped off directly at the festival grounds. Rideshare pickup will NOT be available on the island after the show ends. If you wish to take rideshare as your departure – it is recommended to take the walking bridge or the X80 bus and order your rideshare from this location.
  • Is there an offsite ferry? The Ferry is highly recommended.
  • Is there an accessible entry? There will be an accessible entry lane, located at both entrances. Guests with disabilities and up to one companion may use this lane to safely enter the venue. Please visit the Accessibility Services Hub immediately after entering the event to request the accessible accommodations and services you need.
  • What is an accessible Wristband? Please Note: This wristband is free of charge and will grant you access to the accessible services required on account of a disability or injury. There is no accessibility pre-registration before the event – this is all done onsite at the event. There is not an “ accessibility ticket” that needs to be purchased in order to utilize accessibility services at Zedd in the Park.You can request a wristband at Info or the ADA Viewing Area. Here you can:

    • Receive an accessibility wristband
    • Effective Communication check-in
    • Register service animals

    Wristband Policies

    • Accessibility wristbands are valid for the duration of the festival.
    • DO NOT remove your wristband for the duration of the festival.
    • One (1) accessibility companion wristband will be issued per guest with a disability.
    • Additional wristbands may be issued for families with young children.

    If a person with a disability wishes to change their companion, they can obtain a new accessibility companion wristband by returning the formerly used companion wristband to the Accessibility Services Hub, where it will be replaced. We are unable to reissue any accessibility wristbands unless the original wristband is brought back to us to be reissued.

  • Is there an accessible viewing area? There will be an accessible viewing area made available to guests with disabilities and their one companion at the event stage. For more information on how to gain access to this area, please visit us at the viewing area or the info booth.

    Accessible Viewing Area Policies:

    • Companions may be asked to stand in the back of the viewing area if capacity is reached.
    • Viewing Areas are non-smoking.
    • Guests are not allowed to save spots.
    • If a guest or companion is not-present for longer than 30 minutes, their spot will be given to another guest with a disability.
    • Do not block the view of the guests behind you.
    • All seating is first come, first served.
  • Is my service animal allowed? What about my pet? Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted into the event. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.The following guidelines must be followed:
    • All service animals must be verified by the Accessibility Coordinator or Manager before entering the event venue.
    • Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
    • Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
    • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
    • All service animals must receive a service animal credential at the entrance prior to entering the venue.

    We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you’re attending the event, as vehicles without active air conditioning may become too hot and unsafe for any animal.

  • How do I request effective communication? We accept requests for any of the following services:
    • ASL Interpretation
    • Other forms of Effective Communication (such as: live captioning, large format print/braille literature, guided tours for guests with visual disabilities, assistive listening devices, or any other accommodation not listed)

    To ensure adequate time for planning, requests for these services should be made no later than 30 days before the event. While we will strive to accommodate requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the event, we cannot guarantee fulfillment after the cutoff date. The cutoff date for this event is July 21, 2026. To submit a request, please fill out the 2026 Effective Communication Request Form.

    Once you arrive, please check-in at the Accessibility Services Hub to be connected with our interpreting team.

  • Anything else? 
    • First Aid: We have several First Aid locations throughout the venue, noted on the event map and mobile app, if available. Professional medical staff can provide assistance to your medical needs at these locations.
    • Special Dietary Needs: The event will have food vendors that provide gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please fill out the Dietary Restriction Form.
    • Prescription Medications: All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Your medications must be cleared by the medical team at the event entrance.

What ticket types are available?

What does each ticket include?

  • GA: Access to all GA areas and stages

How will I receive my ticket?

  • Tickets will be delivered digitally and/or via wristband depending on ticket type.

Will there be a box office on-site?

  • Yes. An on-site box office will be open during event hours. Final details will be announced closer to the event.

What if I lose my ticket or wristband?

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/wristbands are not guaranteed to be replaced. Please treat your ticket like cash and keep it secure.

Do I need to wear my wristband at all times?

  • Yes. If issued a wristband, it must be worn at all times while inside the venue and must not be tampered with.

Can I transfer my ticket?

  • Yes, tickets are transferable in accordance with the ticketing platform’s policies and NY state law.

Are refunds available?

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled.

What forms of ID are accepted?

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for age verification and alcohol service.

What is the bag policy?

  • Clear bags only, no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Small clutch bags (non-clear) allowed, no larger than 6” x 9”
  • Hydration packs allowed (must be empty upon entry and have no more than two pockets)
  • All bags are subject to search upon entry.

What should I expect at security screening?

  • All attendees will be subject to security screening upon entry, including bag checks and metal detection.
  • By entering the event, you consent to these searches.
  • Any prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned.

TRANSPORTATION

Is parking available?

  • No parking is available on Randall’s Island for the event.

How do I get to Zedd In The Park?

Due to limited vehicle access, attendees are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and use the following options:

  • Ferry (Recommended)

    • Taking a ferry to Randall’s Island is the easiest and fastest way to get to Zedd In The Park!

    • You can take a rideshare to the festival, BUT there will be NO rideshare available following the show – please make other plans!

    • If you would like to take a rideshare for your departure, you should take the walking bridge or the X80 bus and order your rideshare once off Randall’s Island.

    • The X80 runs only during special events, from East Harlem (125th Street & Lexington Ave) to Randall’s Island. The X80 is $7.00 to the event & FREE for those returning from Zedd In The Park

    • The ferry service will run from 3:30pm to 11:30pm ET (subject to change).

      • Single Day Pass = $50 (All In)

      • 2-Day Pass = $80 (All In)

    • You can seamlessly add a ferry pass on top of your ticket when checking out via Ticketmaster.

  • Public Transportation + Walking

    Subway riders can take routes 4, 5, or 6 to the 125th Street station, then transfer to the X80 express bus at 125th Street and Lexington Avenue in East Harlem. The X80 bus will transport you directly to the festival entrance. You can walk across the footbridge from E. 103rd St. in Manhattan onto Randall’s Island Park. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the Manhattan side of the footbridge to the festival entrance. Pedestrians can also walk across the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge from Manhattan (about 15 minutes), Queens (about 30 minutes), or the Bronx (about 15 minutes).

  • Rideshare (Uber/Lyft)

    Attendees can be dropped off directly at the festival grounds. Rideshare pickup will NOT be available on the island after the show ends. If you wish to take rideshare as your departure – it is recommended to take the walking bridge or the X80 bus and order your rideshare from this location.

  • Bike / Pedestrian Access

  • Bike racks available
  • Access via Manhattan, Queens, Bronx bridges

What is the best way to leave the event?

  • Plan ahead—ferry is fastest; rideshare will surge heavily.

Is the event cashless?

  • Yes. The event is cashless. All major credit cards and mobile payments will be accepted. Cash-to-card conversion options may be available on-site.

Are lockers and charging available?

  • Lockers may be available for rent, and portable charging options may be available on-site. Details will be announced closer to the event.

Are totems allowed?

  • Totems are allowed with restrictions (lightweight, no metal/wood, must not obstruct views).

Can I bring a hydration pack?

  • Yes, must be empty upon entry.

Is smoking allowed?

  • No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Can I sell items or promote my brand at the event?

  • Unauthorized vending or solicitation is strictly prohibited.

What do I need to purchase alcohol?
